With a fast internet connection, readers can view all the photos in one go and see how my photography has changed (for the better, perhaps?) since Day 1.To recap: I photographed fireworks for the July 4 celebrations, and found myself in a heavy storm.While in the car, I looked up the weather forecast. The term "heat dome collapse" popped up, as severe storms moved hot air out of the eastern US. Climate change is scary.Thank goodness for sewage and drainage systems. The water never rose too high, the car never hydroplaned. But hundreds of cars in this parking lot, all rushing to get out, created a mile of traffic amongst falling branches and leaves. I think I saw someone's blanket or shirt float upwards.The smart thing to do would be to wait for the storm to pass.
