My Fingers Hurt

I typically tell people my life doesn’t have many high highs or low lows. That my life is one smooth curvature of “alright”-ness. Today was an exception. The day started off very well. It was the annual Israeli game industry convention, and I got to meet many people I already knew, and many new faces. I met some people I only knew online, I got to try out a lot of cool new games, I got to beg several devs to compile their games for linux, the food was good, there was some free merch. It was a very exceptional day and I had a blast in it. And we end off bad. My laptop’s battery at about 20% capacity from the original design, so I ordered a new battery and planned to replace it myself. I found it on my doorstep when I got home, and as tomorrow there’s another convention I wanna go to, I figured it would be the perfect time to get a more powerful battery.
