It has been a bit since I updated this page, and quite a lot has changed since January. Some of it has been exciting, some of it has been hard, and most of it has happened while I was just trying to keep the normal parts of life moving.Here is the honest version of what I am focused on right now.WorkI am still deep in MSP life, where cybersecurity and IT support have a way of turning into people problems just as often as technical ones. The work is still a mix of security, troubleshooting, client support, vendor tools, and trying to make all the moving pieces work together without creating more friction for the people using them.Lately I have been thinking a lot about trust and operational debt. A shiny new security or AI tool does not fix a messy process underneath it, and a technically correct answer is not very useful if the person asking for help no longer trusts you.
