And learn to embrace the big moment rather than shrink from it. We don’t face NBA Finals. But we face big meetings, big weeks, big decisions. And in the long run, the ability to show up in those clutch moments that add up. Source: Clutch All good advice that also should come with one more: No clutch moment ever matters in the long run As a result, train hard to train hard - and enjoy the process. But know that everything WILL NOT be a win and most of it matters very little. This is not a nihilistic opinion. But one to ensure that life is more than winning - it’s about experiencing - win, loss, joy, sorrow, happiness, grief. The joy of winning is tremendous - it’s a great validation of all the hard work you’ve put in. That doesn’t mean that a win is needed to justify that hard work though.
