Today, here are his topics ⤵️ Dracula Pains me to say it as I love the novel and reread parts of it quite frequently, but Dracula is unquestionably OVERRATED. Polidori’s ‘The Vampyre’ from 80 years earlier (fun fact: it was conceived of in the same ghost story competition as Mary Shelley’s ‘Frankenstein’) is the origin of Victorian and modern vampire fiction, with Le Fanu’s ‘Carmilla’ and the serial ‘Varney the Vampire’ both also preceding Stoker’s masterpiece. Great novel, but highly derivative. FreeBSD I’m an OpenBSD user, but I tend to think all the BSDs are UNDERRATED.
