Let’s Start a Blog

Hello there. My name is Wilson. I was born in 2026 at the age of 38. I’m a scattershot, middle-management type living in the UK. In my spare time, I hang out at the cinema, lift weights, snooze a lot, enjoy cute walks and coffee dates with my partner, and frequently entertain delusions of grandeur. Welcome to my little web journal. In the age of brainrot videos and water-guzzling hell-robots writing the words instead, starting a traditional blog feels old-timey at best. And yet, despite my increasing weariness of the Internet as a whole, I feel compelled to build a space here to express myself. Though somewhere along the way, I lost the confidence to write on a personal level. Every sentence that tumbles from my fingertips reads back in a lame, mocking voice. Still, I get these moments of clarity where I want to fight through the negative thoughts. If I can push past the self-consciousness and the full-body cringe, I might actually enjoy writing again.
