Bolt action ‘48 – part 56

Guten Tag allerseits, Look I know it’s incredibly wrong to like the Waffen SS but if we look at it objectively they were the quintessential bad guys. Along with all the other Nazis of course. I’ve always liked the bad guys but obviously in this case I don’t like them I just… geez I feel like I’m digging myself into a hole here haha. I think you get my point. Moving right along, I finished the Waffen SS 88 this evening. I’m not completely happy with the camo design but I think it still works and I don’t repaint as a rule generally. Like with the veteran 88, this one is missing lots of bits and pieces but mehhh it still looks the business. It’s also missing four crew members which I actually used on the veteran one. Why? Well I think I may have lost or, at best, misplaced a crew so I’ve spread the crew I had across two guns. The 3d print 88 I mentioned in my last post comes with a crew but they’re fallschirmjäger (German airborne) so I will be doing some head swaps. I haven’t got too…
