Bolt Action ‘48 – Part 55

Party people in the hoooouuuuse tonight, How are you all? Well I hope. Ok long story short, my mate (Big Waz) and I have started a ww2 campaign. To refresh your memory, for those of you that may be like me and forget my own name most days, the battle was a beach landing ala D-Day. We actually replayed the game because Warren, who was playing the allies, felt it was a little unbalanced. So I painted up another 47 fresh US recruits. I also, very generously haha, allowed him to land three Sherman tanks too. Needless to say my German forces very much felt the pinch BUT the game ended in a stalemate. Commander Warren knocked out the bunker, secured the beachhead but failed to capture the intelligence cache. So, the next battle will progress from the beachhead and onto the main road to Cherbourg.
