In exchange I will finally start updating my Presently page again. I just got the Recordkeeper’s Fatigue for a while, you know how it is. ANYWAY SO NORMALLY I can only get two treadmill-miles done on my lunch break; each one is in the 8-9 minute range1, which leaves me time for a quick shower and grabbing food (usually some cubed cheddar, Triscuits, and an apple2). After quitting soda earlier this year I lost 10-12 pounds like nothing, like it was just a backpack fulla fat that I simply dropped, ker-splap, at the threshold of a 5th-grade sleepover and never reclaimed, forever puzzling and disgusting Mrs. Cooper. That progress has since plateaued, as has the improvement to the pressure of my bloods, which now simply give the gentle carbonated hiss of a stoned cobra when the phlebotomist removes the hypodermic, instead of the needle shooting from my arm and into a sterile dartboard placed on the far side of the lab for just such an occasion.
