When You're From a Place Without Weather, Summer Rains Never Cease To Amaze

Hell yea rain gifs I mentioned in my fireworks post the other day that we had both a heat wave AND ridiculous thunderstorms on the 4th of July BUT a few hours before the big thunderstorm that happened during everyone going fucking bonkers with fireworks, we got a smaller one during the day hours that brought massive thunderclaps and water droplets the side of goddamn soda cans. I know the msd is from california so weather is new and exciting every time tag feels like a joke but I really do mean it!! Growing up in the Bay Area where it was usually never more than 20 degrees away from 70f in either direction, then living in the Coachella Valley where it was 120f for months at a time, I really enjoy seeing like...the seasons here in New England.
