Tuesday Update

Whew, did I ever get a lot of emails today. And it was all about this:This morning, multiple readers reported that "something" was happening at the Denby Compound. I initially heard reports of Fire, OPP, and Municipal Enforcement vehicles. My interpretation of that is that one or more inspections were likely taking place, rather than it being a response to any kind of emergency. Given what happened the last time Bylaw tried to do an inspection there, I'm not surprised they brought the OPP along for reinforcement this time.A little while later, I got more emails - this time, it was a multi-car accident on Highway 35, right near Bill's place. I don't know any more about this than has been reported elsewhere - whether it was caused by rubbernecking or its location was a coincidence, I couldn't tell you. I have seen the comments on the Facebook post above, and speculation regarding the execution of a search warrant. I haven't heard anything to substantiate this, but I doubt it's true…
