Today, I’m reviewing the next to last of these tteokbokki varieties – big thanks to Good Seoul for sending them over! Let’s microwave it up! It’s cheese time! Good Seoul Topokki Cheese – South Korea Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, fill to line with hot water and add in sachets. Stir.. Microwave at 1000W for 90 seconds. Finally, stir and enjoy! Detail of the lid (click to enlarge). A pouch of tteokbokki. A sachet of powder sauce base. A sachet of vegetables. Finished (click to enlarge). Added crushed red pepper, scallion, sesame seed. Tteokbokki was just right – nicely cooked in only 90 seconds. The cheese sauce was spot on – a hint of sweetness in there as is the norm with Korean cheese sauces I’ve tried but the right amount. Garnish included fishcake which I liked. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
