Harry Styles: Together, Together (Wembley Stadium N11)

“It’s all waiting there for you” In classic me timing, I first listened to Harry’s House (and very quickly became a fan) on the anniversary of its release, as part of Music May 2023 – which didn’t quite give me enough time to get to a Love On Tour show, as my diary was stacked by that point. Of course then Harry Styles takes an extended (but well earned) break for the next three years to complete some side quests, and I was left ruing my stubbornness. You see, I’ve always been very vocally against the TV talent show process (I did get suckered into The Voice for a while, but eventually saw through it), as it’s obviously more about the business side of show business, and largely produces songs & acts with no longevity whatsoever. But I’m older and less blinkered now, so I can understand that just because the system stinks it doesn’t mean that they don’t find actual talent – or even (heaven forbid) an artist or two.
