During this month I replaced the camera I use to make the majority of my Old Cars Parked photos. So long, iPhone 12 mini; hello iPhone 17e. This was an upgrade of necessity, as the 12 mini became intolerably unreliable over the last few months. The 17e is larger and faster, but otherwise it doesn’t feel that much different. It’s a little irritating to have spent $600 just to keep going mostly as I had been. I feature a car here when it is/could be more than 20 model years old and I found it parked on the street or in a lot, but not in a car show. Here now, the cars. 1965 Chevrolet Corvair. My goodness, but was I smitten when I came upon this on Zionsville’s Main Street. I think the second-generation Corvair is just so beautiful. Despite this car not changing much year to year, it was easy to pin down this one’s year because the license plate reads 65 CORSA. 1973 Buick LeSabre. The tri-shield badge above the grille was the only one left on this car. Had the badge contained a Roman…
