I'm getting into the weeds of camera fundamentals and physics.I was talking with my friend who lent me this camera regarding the focus customization of it in real-world use after my comment a few days ago.The camera focuses fine! I captured this photo handheld from above. It has great focus on the individual petals of a tiny flower among the grass. That's no easy feat.On my camera, I would either find a way to rest the camera on my body for stabilization or get out the tripod. Blurry images are from out-of-focus images and handheld camera shake from extended shutter speeds. This camera corrects for both of those issues.It corrects for handheld camera shake by having in-body image stabilization. A moving sensor follows the subject in frame, abandoning its locked position. Clever bit of tech to implement in such a small camera.The little waterproof camera tries to address the focus issue with physics.
