This will probably be taken as simple whining by some people. "Oh no the new generation doesn't want to work hard anymore." Problem is, I do. I do want to work, I work hard, I'm not a dumbass. What I don't want to Have to do, is to work during my education. Because I'm already stressed to shit to meet all the educational guidelines, while not going insane, I don't need more pressure on my head. I don't know how it was before, but now it's a standard. You have to have an internship position during your education or have an active project to have a mere slip of a chance for you to get considered. It's not enough to earn a bachelor's to have a Chance of being picked. I read this LinkedIn post today, which warranted this "whining", from the company which submitted a job opportunity I was very excited to get. Not just for money or something, but genuinely.
