Migraines are a pain in the head!

Wait, really!? I’m glad you told us that Ruben, I would never have guessed. Uh oh, he’s talking about himself in the third person again, that’s never a good sign. It’s interesting how the number of migraines I get has mercifully dropped since my early 20s, where I used to get them weekly. But their intensity has also gone up. I guess I’m more dedicated now than I used to be. That’s how that works, right? The good news is I have more mitigation stuff now, thanks in no small part to greater availability of said mitigations in the last decade or so. The modern world isn’t ideal in many ways, but wow modern medical science is spectacular. Regarding this blog, a few years ago I entertained the idea of having draft posts lined up to submit when I was functionally offline, but I’ve changed my tune. I’d rather stuff be written when I think about it. That’s the point of a blog like this. Well, as close to a point as I think I have here. My impression is that you’d all rather me be authentic…
