The Great Balkans Road Trip: Sofia to Skopje (Day 5)

Bye Bye Bulgaria This morning we were delighted to be checking out from the Astoria Grand Hotel and Sofia and heading to Skopje. But first: breakfast. I was keeping myself accountable and on track with SlimmingWorld by posting photos of my food to my group’s Facebook group. To be honest, this was mainly my breakfasts (and definitely not cakes and ice creams). But I was now settling into a holiday rhythm and routine and these FB posts were part of that. I was to later learn that these posts helped to inspire other members of the group, which was lovely to hear.
