Everybody loves an Underdog story, and hearing about Cape Verde's journey to the World Cup, absolutely fits into this mold, perfectly. I relate to Cape Verde. I live a small area in upstate New York. Always having to prove myself to make sure people understand I deserve to in the room. Watching them play in the World Cup. They shouldn't have made it through the group stage.
