Personal life update and links. Today I found out that Belghast from Tales of the Aggronaut passed away due to complications with his treatment for cancer. We weren't particularly close, but he was the one who started Blaugust, which was part of the impetus for this blog. He was the kind of guy that if he was part of a community that was enough for me to trust it as a decent one. He was, in the old fashioned way, a community leader. I give my heartfelt condolences to his friends and family in this time. I was already planning to take part in Blaugust again even if I'm not particularly blogging about video games these days, but now it has more significance. As for myself, after being sick for two weeks I went back to work. I took Sunday off to rest and try to go to Pride but it was so sweltering and I didn't have time to actually plan anything.
