Friday 5: The course of human events

Hello and happy Friday! Today is National Complement Your Mirror Day (actually complimenting yourself via the mirror) and National Fried Clam Day (which I can take or leave.) It’s also Update Your Website Theme Day, and after three years I’ve moved on from the lovely Genevieve theme to Robin, which so far has been pretty easy to customize. Yes, I’ve lost my header image, my subscribe box, and possibly my site traffic codes but that’s fine. It’s fine! I can find them. We are off from work today so WM and I spent the morning running around doing chores, which seems to be the adult thing to do on a day off. I need to log into work for a little bit to tend to the budget which is due on Wednesday, but since it’s currently 101 degrees outside, I’m inside anyway. No big deal. Here is the Friday 5 – this week’s theme is The Course of Human Events which is of course referring to the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. I love my country, but I’m really detesting…
