Wilson Store 0 ▲ atmtx photo blog 2 hours ago · Life · hide · 0 comments Wilson Store, US Open – Flushing, New York I’m a sucker for glowing architecture at night, and this Wilson store at the US Open filled my photographic bill. Unlike some sponsors that have a light or dubious connection to tennis, Wilson, a maker of tennis rackets and balls, is an obvious choice. Given that this was my first visit, I had no idea whether this was a temporary pop-up store or something that exists year-round. It looks too nice to be temporary, but with the big money stakes these days, who knows? My wife and I went inside for a few minutes to look around, but she doesn’t use Wilson rackets or balls. I was interested in the interior, which you can see below. My favorite detail is the strategically placed racket-stringing guy below the neon Wilson logo at the intersection of two staircases. He looks like a DJ up there. Blog readers, you’ll love my free monthly photography magazine. Signup for the free magazine to get articles and topics not discussed on the blog. No comments yet.
