A big thank you to a donor from Instagram for this – she sent two varieties of Chun Noodles after seeing my initial review. Taiwanese dry noodle is truly a favorite of mine – let’s cook it up! Noodle is just wonderful – very broad of great chew I’ve come to expect in this style of Taiwanese dry noodle. The flavor is a sweet and spicy Sichuan peppercorn and chili pepper hit. It’s interesting – a little on the saltier side. I think it could stand on its own two legs without so much salt. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar…
