If a trivia quiz asks you to name the best-selling pinball machine of all time, they are probably asking you to name The Addams Family (1992). It's most likely actually the 4th-best-selling machine of all time, after Ballyhoo (Bally, 1932), Baffle Ball (Gottlieb, 1931), and Godzilla (Stern, 2021). But if you don't count all of those for various reasons, the Addamses are next in line. The Addams Family is a tour de force of gameplay and theme integration, and it's the pinball game I remember best from my childhood. Also in this episode, we have Super Mario Bros., which I'd describe now as "fine", but when I was a kid, I had one chance to play it in an airport and it was so disappointing that I cried; and its smaller and stupider little sibling, Super Mario Bros.
