Drowning in work

My apps are growing very very slowly, but one app requires very high touch and concierge setup, which takes up most of my time since the app launch at 2025 April. I have achieved my dream of making a living of selling my own software, but the downside is that my whole life is being consumed by it. Either I figure out how to delegate the task and hire , or I have to optimize my workflow and attention span better to tackle the problem faster.
