Bear Blog Carnival: An album that got you through a hard time

I'd like to invite anyone who reads this and wants to participate to tell us all about an album that got you through a hard time. While in my head I mean album to mean a work of music, please feel free to interpret "album" (and "hard time," for that matter) as loosely or as rigidly as you would like; I'll be particularly interested to hear from anyone for whom a photo album helped them through a difficult time!
