Today’s prompt asks, “What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?” Well. You’ve certainly come to the right person. If I know anything, I know negative thoughts. I may have mentioned it, but I have anxiety. Not just one anxiety, either. Apparently my brain believes in collecting the whole damn set. General anxiety.Social anxiety.Health anxiety.Existential anxiety.That fun little anxiety where you wave at someone in public, realize they’re waving at the person behind you, and now you have to move to another state. It’s exhausting. People are always offering advice. “You just have to change your mindset.” Fantastic.
