While part of an agency, you’re always hoping to land that dream client: An organization aligned with your own interests and values, with stakeholders who support honest and open collaboration, engaged in challenging and inspiring work. When the The Type Founders engaged with Cloud Four last year, it quickly became clear they were that sort of client. I was already an enormous fan of their world-class stable of foundries. I’ve found their Typographer service indispensable since it was still invite-only. And it was a pleasure to collaborate with such an absurdly qualified team of true believers in the craft of type design, solving problems I’d seen crop up again and again throughout my career.
