Although I suppose that is the same for all of us apart from Benjamin Button. I am turning 40 next year and with that comes quite a lot of retrospection on how I have led my life, whether I have made the right choices and what I can improve on going forward. As far as most life goals go I am fairly satisfied with my lot: Married β House β Kids β As a self confessed geek, I have never enjoyed sports and being a software developer has meant nearly 2 decades of sitting down. Apparently there is a World Cup going on at the moment but I couldn't tell you who was playing this week. The only physical activity I truly enjoy is walking (in nice surroundings), swimming, and ice skating. The last two I don't do very often due to cost and proximity of a decent swimming pool. We do have an ice rink near us and I need to go again as it has been just over a year since last time. I have never been obviously overweight but I know my BMI has sat in theβ¦ No comments yet.
