Plotter: changes to setup

At first I didn’t really do much setup. I just kind of started to use it. Here are the setup a few week in Before the first lifter I have an index page telling what I have in each of the organizers After the lifter and before all the organizers I have a bunch of plank dot grid pages I removed about half of the empty pages I first put in. Split what I have in two. One bunch at the start and one at the end. Put my daily plan / hit lists in a organizer
