Week Notes - 2026-26

This week was a bit on the warm side wasn't it? This meant I didn't really have much energy left for things outside of work, and staying cool/alive... I think we got to the upper 30s last week and the UK hit hottest June day records several days running last week. The portable air conditioner we bought back in 2023 is still paying dividends. We 'upgraded' to a longer vent pipe and stuffed that through the loft hatch. This meant we didn't need to leave the window open overnight, and made the whole thing much more efficient. Reddit says I should get a second pipe, but I am quite happy with the bedroom sitting at 22°C allowing us a comfortable night's sleep.
