Lemmy, PieFed, Nodebb and others are based more around topical message boards, which can lead to building more of a community.#PieFed takes this a step further by allowing people to create “feeds”. This allows you to group the communities that are related, and view them so you are focused on that specific community, instead of getting everything all mashed together into a single timeline. vrypan @vrypan@mastodon.social just now [-] I have no clue how "libertarian culture" and freedom is at odds with creating "cozy corners". The post is trying to say something, but instead of saying it, it tries to find some deeper ideological concept that's just not there.
