Heating Up In Paint

I got an email this week from my online Japanese school that I’ve been learning from for the last 4 or so years. I had taken a class from the head teacher years ago and at the end of it, she started up a more formal company. Recruiting more teachers and setting up a variety of classes. I joined pretty much right away. Did a few different classes from a JLPT class to group conversation classes. I still recommend them. But since starting they raised prices and allowed the early members to keep their price as long as they don’t stop taking classes. I am guessing more people than they expected has stuck around for longer than they expected. I got an email this week saying that the grandfathered pricing was going away and will become the normal class pricing in a couple months. This felt pretty convenient timing. I have kind of hit a plateau in my Japanese group class lately. And with work’s office days being on the same day as my class. It’s just been a bit of extra stress that I was…
