weekly life update (27/06/2026)

Hello all. It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these. It’s been a while since I’ve posted much of anything. I’ve even stopped posting so much on Mastodon. What have I been doing instead? I don’t know. In short, surviving. I have been very tired. The lack of sleep that comes with having a baby, coupled with a heatwave has meant that good Zs have been in short supply. Hopefully today’s cooler temperatures are a sign of things to come. We even got some rain. Outside of this I have been watching a lot of the World Cup. I am of course conflicted about this. I don’t want to support FIFA or the US but I’ve loved watching this since I was 7 years old and I decided that I wasn’t going to let those bastards take it away from me. I understand completely if others feel differently. Work has been generally okay. The worries I had posted about a few weeks ago have alleviated but overall it’s just generally not enjoyable. Still got bills though. Music wise I’ve not been listening to as much…
