Website cleanup

I've flattened the site even flatter. The index is just another page that is generated and everything is in a clean "src" vs "dist" structure so that "dist" is rebuilt each time and has everything needed for the root of the site. Now it's truly flat as an index of topics and a log of date-stamped notes. I was able to remove a bunch of pages that were only grouping topics and not adding anything on their own. Still lots more clean up to do, but it's a start.
