And yet, it is very much on the mark. Although Chief Justice John Roberts insists that his Court is not partisan, and that it's just calling balls and strikes, one cannot take that seriously anymore (if one could EVER take it seriously). Yesterday, SCOTUS handed down four major decisions. Three were decided 6-3, with the vote breaking down along ideological lines.
