Good morning from Charlottesville, Virginia! ☕️ Well, it’s definitely allergy season and mine are the worst they’ve ever been. This is the first time post nasal drip has caused such a sore throat that it’s super swollen. Which in turn causes my sleep apnea to be bad. As a result, I’m not sleeping all that well. No worries!
