So, here are the tips: Cover your windows during the day. From the outside, preferably. Don't let the sun hit the glass and then hit inside, or it will turn your home into an oven. Windows in the shade, facing away from the sun, can even be left open to create an air flow if the wind outside is not warm. Open your windows at night, when the temperature drops.
