Buying A Knock-Off And Actually Liking It

If you know me, you know I love buying good quality, name brand things. Generally speaking, I don’t see why I’d waste my time with poorly made dupes when I can just get the better version of the thing it’s duping. However, I’m here today to tell y’all about a dupe I found that I have been loving. It is summer, and I really needed a pair of sandals. So many people my age have been rockin’ Birkenstocks for years at this point, talking about how comfortable they are, how they wear them constantly, etc. And for literal years every time summer rolls around, I think to myself, should I get a pair of Birks? A few times, I’ve even gone into a shoe store and looked at them, imagining myself in them, looking at the different colors and whatnot. But every time, I always eventually settle on “no.” Sometimes I think I like how they look, but I always end up remembering they’re kind of ugly, actually.
