NetNewsWire

I've been using Reeder… for a long time. Maybe the longest running app on my phone… records say 2009. I admire Silvio so much, and Mela is now one of my most used apps. 100% the most used app on any mobile device… for almost a decade! After Reeder was pushed to Reeder Classic and he's focused on the new app, I've felt a little abandoned. Nothing has scratched that itch… But I recently tried NetNewsWire, and I'm loving it. I was drawn by that retirement post that many of you read, but what has kept me is the sheer speed of the sync. I also really love the simple UI, and on mobile the "next unread article" button is 🧑‍🍳👌. I do miss some things: I wish that I could watch the youtube subscriptions in app, I miss a quick shortcut share to Instapaper… and my fingers miss the keyboard shortcuts I've been using for nearly two decades. I also really wish that the list of RSS feeds had a search filter. I have 1000+ feeds and treat some of them as bookmarks. NetNewsWire just works and answers my…
