Go check ’em out as they’ve got a treasure trove of hard to find Demae Iccho variants! This one sounds interesting – but what is takana? From what I see it’s giant mustard green and has a peppery flavor. That sounds good – especially in tonkotsu. Let’s give it a go. To prepare, boil noodle in 450ml water for 3 minutes. Add in powder base and stir. Finally, top with liquid base and enjoy! Two bundles of ramen. A sachet of soup base powder seasoning. A sachet of seasoned oil. Finished (click to enlarge). Added chili crisp, sesame seed, scallion, narutomaki, egg, and chashu. Noodle’s great – thin straight ramen. The broth is interesting – very oily with tonkotsu flavor and a little extra zing which I suppose must be the takana. It’s definitely a good one and something I’ve not seen… No comments yet.
