your vibecoded website looks bad

⚠️ // hey so this post is just a pointless vent, literal "screaming into the void" ah blogpost The modern internet makes me feel like I'd died and gone back to the 2010s, where Bootstrap just came out and we all built the same-looking website -- no matter where I go, I see the same visual elements, completely unchanged. And -- as is the case with most of the ways our life has been made worse in the past few years -- the reason is AI. Point being, I could swear most vibecoded websites all look the exact fucking same, and it drives me batty. Everywhere I go, there's like a 50% chance I'll see the exact same rounded buttons. The same font on the same off-white color. The same blocks with the exact same eyebrow-header-content structure. The same fucking tiles with the same fucking icons in the same fucking rounded boxes.
