Now it was time to get stuck into some serious sightseeing. 9th May: Touring the DMZ # What better way to start a fun, relaxing holiday, than to sign up for a tour of the Korean DMZ (Demilitarized Zone). If you are not familiar with Korean history — and I was not — and feel like the Wikipedia page is not tangible enough, then I thoroughly recommend signing up for a tour of it in person. I am going to be very honest up front that I was not bought into this tour before going, but I am very glad I went.
