Court Update, Election Update, Etc.

Sorry for the prolonged silence. I've been working on another post (a different, not-this-post post) that does another delve into Bill's family history (this time, looking at some other questionable claims he's made about his ancestry), but a few things of interest have come up in the meantime and I feel that I owe you all an update on that nonsense first. And so, without further ado, the updates. Court Update 1: Bill's Breach Trial The decision in Bill's breach-of-a-recognizance trial was set to be delivered on June 12. I was very much hoping that it'd be a written decision and that it'd show up on CanLII, but that appears to not be the case. As you may recall, I did not have high hopes for a conviction in this case, but I was hopeful. Without a written judgment, I can't really tell you what happened or what the Judge's reasoning was, but as far as I can tell, he was not convicted (though I do find it strange that Bill didn't brag directly to me, or on his Facebook timeline, about…
