I remember when every software service needed a mobile app.Syncing between your computer and your phone was one of the most important things to get right, because that was the promise: everything you needed, always in the palm of your hand. Always online. Always available. Always productive.Now I don’t even check if there is one.A mobile app can be a nice companion, but that’s all it is.
