“Peace is always right here. You just have to create space for it.” - Carol TuttleHello friends! I’ve been continuing my turtle practices, and I’m really seeing a difference in my mind. More on that soon! Here are my photo choices for today:June 17, 2026 - finally a nice, clear day!Loving my cuckoo friends!Indigo bunting just hanging out. It’s good to chill sometimes.Even northern rough-winged swallows need to relax sometimes. The purple martin ladies are some of the chattiest of the female birds. The tree swallow ladies seem to enjoy their cup of tea quietly together.Scrolling back through all the photos I didn’t get posted - I miss the yellow-rumped warblers! But then, when they come back in the fall, I will appreciate them all the more. The warbling vireos seem to sing just as much in June as they did in May.The yellow warblers must be busy with nests, but they will reappear soon.Red-eyed vireos seem more relaxed with their songs now, but they are still singing.I’ve got a whole story…
