🔗 Make the phone Speak on your behalf!

My eldest daughter, Milena, had her wisdom teeth removed and after the operation she couldn’t speak. She was so frustrated! Especially that she is a very talkative person. So to help her out I made this simple Shortcut for her so she could make her iPhone speak on her behalf. “Speak” Shortcut with history To make a simple Shortcut to speak on your behalf all you need are two actions: “Ask for input” and later just “Speak” what you just wrote. Great, but if she had to repeat herself, she’d have to write it all over again… and it was then double frustrating, so I added a feature of “history” of phrases she used. Whenever she’d “speak” something, it’d be saved in a file called “speak.txt” in the “Shortcuts” folder. If she’d have to repeat herself, she’d just not write anything and hit “Done” and a menu would appear with the last 20 things she said in the past.
