In 2013, I came upon an idea that quantity was a reliable way to find quality. It was one of the most useful lessons I have learned, and I’ve aimed to be prolific. It’s why I write every day, and I choose to spend much of my time making as much new work as possible. In the following years, I continued to develop and explore this idea here, here, here, here, here, here, and here. (I’m sure I’ve missed a couple of links.) My latest exploration, entitled “Let Me Convince You to Be Prolific,” at 3 Quarks Daily, is live. It’s a new combination of all of the most useful lessons I’ve learned, with a stronger organizing principle. The post Why I’m prolific, and why you should be too appeared first on Herbert Lui.
