Book title: The Ballad of Black Tom Author: Victor LaValle Rating: 3.5/5 My first Lovecraftian story, and quite a decent one. It took me a while to understand what the plot was trying to do, and since I had never read a “Cthulhu & friends” story before, some things didn’t ring a bell. But then it became fun.
