I’ve had a Comsol 3-in-1 wireless charger sitting on my desk for ages. It has a hardcore 2010s tech aesthetic, with its white plastic and chrome combination. I use it to charge my phone, watch and earbuds all at once. Or at least I did, until it stopped being able to charge the phone. It could still charge a watch and the earbuds, but I used it most for charging the phone. The device still turned on, but it would flash a solid white light for about a second, then off again, then repeat. I didn’t know what caused this, and googling for the manual turned up no results. But I did find the support email! So I contacted them and asked what it meant and if they had the manual. They then asked me a few questions about how I’ve connected it, and I answered those.
